Cancellations and Refund Policy

Auto-Renewal Policy

 

Both the Monthly and Annual Memberships are set to auto-renew until the user cancels their subscription - Cancellations requests can be sent to coregcommunity@self-reg.ca

 

Monthly Subscriptions

 

Payments-

This membership will charge the credit card on file each month in the amount of $4.99 (CAD). An auto-renewal policy in place means that the payments are set to recur each month from the initial date of purchase until the user cancels their subscription. 

 

Cancellations -

You can cancel your plan at any time by clicking the account button at the top right of the page and clicking 'My Subscriptions'. Once on the 'My Subscriptions' page you will see your subscriptions listed in a menu. Click the arrow to the right of the plan you wish to cancel which will expand the information with details of your plan and when the plan started. Below this you will see a link to 'Cancel your subscription'.

Alternatively Cancellations can be submitted via email to coregcommunity@self-reg.ca with the subject line "Cancellation". When a cancellation is processed the user will continue to receive the benefits of their subscription until the end of the billing cycle. The user will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the current or prior billing periods.

 

Refunds-

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. The user will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the current or prior billing periods.


 

Annual Subscriptions

 

Payments-

This membership will charge the credit card on file annually in the amount of $49.99 (CAD). An auto-renewal policy in place means that the payments are set to recur each year from the initial date of purchase until the user cancels their subscription. 

 

Cancellations -

You can cancel your plan at any time by clicking the account button at the top right of the page and clicking 'My Subscriptions'. Once on the 'My Subscriptions' page you will see your subscriptions listed in a menu. Click the arrow to the right of the plan you wish to cancel which will expand the information with details of your plan and when the plan started. Below this you will see a link to 'Cancel your subscription'.

Cancellations can be submitted via email to coregcommunity@self-reg.ca with the subject line "Cancellation". When a cancellation is processed the user will continue to receive the benefits of their subscription until the end of the billing cycle (one year from the initial date of purchase). 

 

Refunds-

Users will have 30 days from the initial date of purchase of the annual membership to submit a "Cancellation and Refund" request by email at: coregcommunity@self-reg.ca

After these 30 days the user will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the current billing period.
