Restoring energy - What works for YOU?

Part of the self-reg learning journey is developing our own repertoire of personal restorative practices - activities that help us to reduce tension and restore our energy

when we feel like the tank is nearly empty. And this step, like every other step in the self-reg journey, reminds us of the importance of the SELF in self-regulation. What is restorative for me may not be for you, and what the media tells us is supposed to be restorative may not work for us at all.
